Welcome back to another edition of Cap'n Howdy's Video Daily Double, a feature designed to help teach visitors any number of important and influential facts, using educational films of yesteryear.
Now normally I show films that are wildly inaccurate, or at least deliberately misleading, but today's films are perhaps a little more "dry" in nature than the usual anti-drug / social programming propaganda that populated high school projectors from the 50s to the 70s.
Today we're going to focus on two crucial elements of movie watching in the modern era, using films designed to help audiences understand their new and frightening ways. Oh sure, they may seem boring, but these you can actually pick up a thing or two and not simply laugh like an ironic hipster. While these aren't cheesy, necessarily, they are interesting.
Oh, who am I kidding? Mock away!

Our first film, Facts About Projection, will help you understand how movies travel from the ether to your movie screen. You might even learn how to be a projectionist, which is a cheap way to see up to 20 movies at a time while "working."
Our second film, Man & Computer, was designed to ease fears of our impending machine overlords. Since people are keen on watching movies on their computer, it might be helpful to understand your relationship (subservience) to your handheld, laptop, or desktop masters.
