Spoiler of the Day: They Live

 Aliens have infiltrated our society, and are posing as the wealthy, or police, or politicians; anyone who has real power. They keep humanity down by brainwashing them with hypnotic signs that say "OBEY" or "MARRY AND REPRODUCE." Fortunately, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper discovers a box of sunglasses hidden an a resistance-run church, and he convinces the rebels to destroy the signal aliens send out over television, allowing the world to see them for what they really are. After kicking ass (he was all out of bubblegum, or this movie might be called "They Wait for Him to Chew Bubblegum") Piper is mortally wounded but destroys the TV antenna, exposing the aliens. But don't worry, "Hot Rod" fans; he came back to life just in time to beat up Morton Downey, Jr. at Wrestlemania V.
